ESG Development Implementation Status
  1. The Company encourages employees to engage in environmental protection, conserve water and electricity on campus, participate in resource recycling, and bring their own tableware in support of the government’s energy-saving and carbon-reduction initiatives.

  2. The Company implemented a stairwell lighting improvement project in its office building, replacing the existing lights with LED sensor-activated bulbs, reducing electricity consumption by 235 kWh per month.

  3. In 2023, the Company carried out an improvement project for the RF cooling water tower, reducing annual electricity consumption by approximately 2,227 kWh after the upgrade.

  4. In 2023, the Company also completed a restroom lighting improvement project, which resulted in an annual electricity reduction of approximately 805 kWh.

  5. In 2024, the Company donated to the Saint Joseph Center for Special Education to support its service programs.

  6. In 2024 and 2025, the Company partnered with the Down Syndrome Foundation R.O.C. to co-host the “FOCI Charity Sale Event.”

  7. In 2024, the Company sponsored the Hsinchu Fund for Children and Families “Winter Warmth Charity Fair,” helping disadvantaged families feel the warmth and care of society.

  8. In 2024, the Company sponsored the Saint Joseph Center for Special Education’s “Double Happiness Charity Fair,” supporting fun physical activities and donating to service programs for individuals with disabilities to promote diverse learning and well-being.

  9. In 2024, the Company provided its venue free of charge to the Dharma Drum Mountain Zen Meditation Garden, offering personnel in the Hsinchu Science Park a space for mental wellness, with approximately 200 visits per month.

  10. In March and October 2024, the Company partnered with the Yu-Cheng Social Welfare Foundation to host the “FOCI Charity Sale Event.”
