Employee Satisfaction Survey

Our Company conducted an employee satisfaction survey in 2025 to better understand the organizational climate and to develop improvement plans addressing key issues. The survey period was from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, covering aspects including compensation, working environment, and career development. Our Company aims to improve overall employee satisfaction by at least 0.5% in 2026.

Survey Results

The survey results indicate that the Company’s overall employee satisfaction level is close to the “satisfied” range.

Improvement and Enhancement Plans

Based on the survey results, the improvement plans for 2026 are as follows:

  1. Enhance employee welfare programs by strengthening diversified benefit schemes, enabling employees of different categories to utilize a wider range of welfare options.
  2. Improve the transparency of the Company’s human resource systems by providing access through the Company portal and including explanations in labor-management meetings.
  3. Strengthen talent development and training mechanisms by organizing internal professional training programs and technical forums, with a target of achieving an average of 7 training hours per employee.
